Dear community members, The community call for comments that lasted from June 3 till July 1 2025, is now closed. There were several comments on the manrs-community mailing list that raised important questions. Thank you for your attention and consideration. The Steering Committee have asked the Secretariat to address the issues raised and to present an updated draft proposal. After reviewing the draft, we will open a MANRS Last Call on July 9 2025 for MANRS participants to approve the revised Charter. 1. Proposed Changes (annotated) – contains a clean version of the proposal with the changes annotated in the comments 2. Proposed Changes (tracked changes) – contains a “red-line” version with all changes tracked
