Dear MANRS participants:

We are happy to share the final agenda and confirmed speakers for the first meeting of the MANRS Community in 2024, scheduled for next week, on May 15 (May 16 for some of you joining from the APAC region):

8:00 – 8:05 Opening and Welcome by the Steering Committee Chair: Warrick Mitchell (AARNet) / Andrew Gallo (George Washington University)

8:05 – 8:45 Updates from the Secretariat: Moderated by Warrick Mitchell / Andrew Gallo

    • Introducing Global Cyber Alliance, the New Secretariat + Q&A: Alejandro Fernández-Cernuda (Global Cyber Alliance) / Leslie Daigle (Global Cyber Alliance)
    • MANRS Updates from the Secretariat + Q&A: Andrei Robachevsky (Global Cyber Alliance)

8:45 – 9:45 Insights into Routing Security: Moderated by Warrick Mitchell / Andrew Gallo

    • Regulatory and Policy Update + Q&A: Olaf Kolkman (Internet Society) / Ryan Polk (Internet Society)
    • Global Trends in Routing Security + Q&A: Geoff Huston (APNIC) / Taejoong Chung (Virginia Tech)

9:45 – 10:00 Community Forum (Discussion): Moderated by Warrick Mitchell / Andrew Gallo

Please note that, in order to facilitate participation from different parts of the world, the meeting will take place in two sessions:

The times shown in the agenda above will be 8:00 am UTC or 8:00 pm UTC, depending on which session you are planning to attend. Likewise, whenever two speakers are mentioned, the first one will be for Session East and the second one will be for Session West.

Registration is required to attend, so please use the Zoom links above to do it. Once you pick your session and confirm your participation (please note that sessions will be recorded), you will be offered the possibility to create a calendar item, which will surely help you navigate time zones.

Finally, we would like to thank all our speakers for their availability to help us have as many routing security voices represented as possible. We also hope that you, our dear guests, will participate actively at the sessions: the more engaged they are, the tighter our community will become.

Thanks for your continued support, and see you next week,
