[manrs-community] 2024 MANRs voting and bigpulse

      Hi,

I notice that MANRS is still using bigpulse to do the voting, and
bigpulse *still* has no IPv6 support.  Can this be fixed before the
next voting, please?

(As in, either urge bigpulse to add modern-day networking to their
web- and mail-servers, or use another provider)
