Greetings MANRS Community,
I wanted to share some follow-up information about this effort.
The MANRS Steering Committee has named the Co-Chairs of the Working Group (WG) to review the Network Operators Program:
- Andrew Gallo, George Washington University, MANRS Community member
- Andrei Robachevsky, Global Cyber Alliance, MANRS Secretariat member
The Steering Committee would like to thank those who expressed interest and willingness to serve as members of the WG and particularly those who expressed willingness to serve
as co-Chair.
There is still time to add to the list if more people are interested to participate.
Please send email to the MANRS Secretariat
secretariat@manrs.org if so.
The Co-Chairs will be in touch with the WG members to work on the next steps of the collaboration based on
this Charter for the WG.
We look forward to some productive work of the coming months!
Cheers,
Tony Tauber
MANRS Steering Committee Chair

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [manrs-community] MANRS Development Process Proposal: Review of the Network Operators Program
Dear MANRS Community, Following the recently published community survey on the future of the MANRS Actions, the Steering Committee is pleased to announce the initiation
of the MANRS Development Process (MDP) to review the MANRS Network Operators
Dear MANRS Community,
Following the recently published community survey on the future of the MANRS Actions, the Steering Committee is pleased to announce the initiation of the MANRS Development Process (MDP) to review the MANRS Network Operators Program. As part of this process,
we are forming a dedicated MANRS Network Operators Program Review Working Group (NetOpsRev WG) to assess and evolve the MANRS Actions in line with community feedback and the evolving routing security landscape.
Participation in the Working Group is open to all interested individuals, including network operators, security experts, researchers, and other stakeholders. You do not need to be a current MANRS participant to join.
A draft charter is available, and the group’s first task will be to review, revise, and finalize it.
We invite you to contribute your expertise to this important effort. If you are interested in participating, please contact the MANRS Secretariat by email at
secretariat@manrs.org before May 1, 2026, providing a brief background about yourself, your current role, and relevant experience or interest in routing security.
We look forward to your engagement in shaping the next evolution of MANRS.
