[manrs-community] Cost model for route origin validation

Greetings, MANRS community- I was recently asked by someone in the US government about cost models for implementing route origin validation, especially RPKI-based ROV. Have any of you developed cost models, or documented the real costs, associated with routing security, especially with developing and RPKI-based ROV service? Would you be willing to share?
