Important notice on the Observatory… and happy New Year!

Dear MANRS participants: We noticed a sudden change in our IRR data over the last month, and have identified the issue as a problem with our upstream data provider. We have reached out to them directly, and they intend to implement a resolution sometime in January. We plan to supplement the data source to avoid this issue in the future, and will retroactively resolve this incorrect data. It is likely that the data will not be corrected until January due to the holiday period; as such, we are adding a banner to the Observatory to make this data inaccuracy clear to viewers until it has been fixed.
